PLEASE NOTE
Each basket is woven by hand, so the color, pattern and size can vary slightly (about 1-2 cm) from the photos. Natural grass can show small knots and tone changes; this is part of a handmade piece. Hooks and nails are not included.
CARE
Dust with a soft dry brush or cloth. Keep away from water, steam and direct heat. Brush the fringe gently with your fingers if it gets flattened in shipping.

Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number once it ships.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or wrong item: message us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund.
