- Return window: returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of mind or wrong size/color: message us within 7 days of delivery. You cover the return shipping. Once the item is back with us in its original condition, we issue a full refund.
- Damaged or wrong item: please do not send it back. Message us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund.
- Personalized and made-to-order items: these cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds: refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
