Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of mind or wrong size/color: please message us within 7 days of delivery. The buyer covers the return shipping. Once the item is back with us in its original condition, we issue a full refund.
- Damaged or wrong item: please do not send it back. Message us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund.
- Personalized, custom-made and print-on-demand items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
