Shipping policy
- Processing time: each item is handmade or finished to order. Processing time depends on the item; if you need an order by a certain date, message us before you buy.
- Delivery time: most orders arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch. Orders to the United States can take longer because of recent changes in US customs handling.
- Tracking: every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Customs and duties: buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- Lost or late parcels: if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
